Senator Digs For Answers

Senator Sue Madison helped us try and figure out why gas prices are rising, especially in Northwest Arkansas. We first started off with Murphy Oil. We were put on hold for several minutes and all Senator Madison was able to do was leave a detailed message. We then tried Valero, same thing. Flashmart called us back. They told her the United States is divided into 5 groups. Northwest Arkansas is in group two, and gets gas from refineries in the Midwest, and that this is the reason Northwest Arkansas gas is usually 25 cents higher than Little Rock. The last retailer we called was EZ Mart. Their fuel dispatcher wasnt available.
