A Springdale man, not even supposed to be in the country, was arrested Tuesday for rape and forgery. Juan Galvan faces those charges after police received a report the man had forced sex on a fifteen year old girl several times over the past year.
California district court records show the man was deported back in 1995, but somehow made his way back into the country and obtained false identification. Galvan was arrested at his home and transported to the Washington County Jail.
