A former Rogers police clerk will spend time behind bars for taking money from the department.
Sheila Deann Villalpando, 34, pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony theft of property. She was sentenced to five years probation, and up to one year in jail.
Police say Villalpando took $2,000 from the department in 2005.
