Houston Nutt's Deposition On Hold

By: Matt Turner
Updated: May 11, 2007
Last week, KNWA reported that Houston Nutt was scheduled to be deposed on May 14 for an upcoming lawsuit. However, Nutt's attorney has filed a motion to quash the subpoena and that deposition is now on hold.
Nutt has been asked to give up hard drives from his home and office computers as part of the deposition. This comes after a man from Montgomery County filed a lawsuit against University of Arkansas Chancellor John White and President B. Alan Sugg for not properly investigating an inappropriate email sent to former hog quarterback Mitch Mustain.
