FEMA2007-05-24-1180016547.jpgFederal prosecutors say an Arkansas man could spend 20 years in prison for Katrina related fraud. Fred Daniel Miller of Conway has pleaded guilty to illegally getting FEMA funds after the hurricane. The 44-year-old has entered a guilty plea to charges he fraudulently obtained benefits under the Disaster Unemployment Assistance program. Prosecutors say he falsely claimed more than $3,000 in lost wages because of Katrina.
