Gasoline prices in Arkansas continue a slow decline. The average price for regular dropped another penny today. Triple A says it's the second day in a row that the price dropped slightly. The record high price of $3.18 per gallon was hit Tuesday. Today, the Arkansas average for regular is $3.16 per gallon.
