walmart2007-06-01-1180737991.jpgAs thousands were inside Bud Walton arena at the shareholders meeting, the anti-Wal-Mart group "Against the Wal" was protesting, just several hundred yards away. For the fourth year in a row, the group made signs and painted their faces in protest of the retail giant. The group says it wants Wal-Mart to change the way it does business. "we want wal-mart to start to respect the world...Instead of greedy" The protesters waved their signs and yelled at passers-by on razorback road... And caught the eye of a few people attending the shareholders meeting. "what i'm hearing from them is ridiculous...Where they're coming from" Protesters say they believe they *can make an impact on the company, and will not give up until they do. "we'll be out here every single year, and we'll be out here until they change"
