One man wants his juvenile records excluded from his upcoming trial. According to written reports, 22 year old Justin Trammell, also known as the "Ccrossbow Killer," is accused of threatening to kill the mother of his child late last year. And with his trial set for June 20th, Trammell wants certain details from his juvenile record left out as evidence.
The details in question are: In 1999, Trammell was convicted of killing his father with a crossbow. Trammells attorney filed the motion yesterday in Washington County Circuit Court. Trammell is being held at the Washington County Jail on a $10,000 bond and theres a "no contact" provision.
