No More Exhaust Smoke and Noise

Loud tailpipes may be a thing of the past in one Northwest Arkansas city. Fayetteville police plan to crack down on vehicles with loud exhaust pipes and excessive smoke. Officers say all vehicles must have a muffler, and now theyll be writing tickets for anyone whose vehicle is too loud on the road.
