Springdale city councilman Rick Evans explains, "anytime you get a business license in Springdale, you cant go back and correct it, revoke it, suspend it for any reason." And a proposed law submitted to the council would change that. Because, as it stands, a business license cannot be revoked, suspended until it expires - unless some sort of illegal activity takes place.
Rick Evans thinks being able to revoke or suspend the licenses would help keep Springdale cleaner and the companies in check.
