Fireworks Rules And Regulations

Heres list of firework rules and regulations. Please be sure to double-checking with your local authorities to make sure you are within legal guidelines. In Springdale, legal fireworks can be discharged on private property between the hours of 8am and 10pm beginning July 1st and ending July 4th. However, the owner of the property must give their consent before the fireworks can be discharged. All people using fireworks under the age of 16 must supervised by an adult 21 years of age or older. In Rogers, fireworks can be discharged between 11am to 11pm from July 3rd to July 5th. In Fayetteville and Bentonville, fireworks can be discharged July 3rd and 4th.However in Bella Vista, residents can discharge fireworks from June 30th to July 8th until the cut off time of 10pm except for the 3rd and4th of July, when the cut off time is midnight. Fireworks can be used in Benton County from from June 20th to July 10th. There are no specific regulations for Washington County, but officals want people to be respectful. As far as buying and selling fireworks, check with your individual city for precise dates when fireworks can be brought and sold. Those dates are usually between June 28th and July 5th. In Springdale, a permit must be brought to sell fireworks, no fireworks can be sold within 250 feet of a gas station. No one under the age of 16 can buy fireworks. Fireworks are also prohibited from being discharged in city parks. Fireworks can also be sold in certain parts of washington and benton counties. However there can be no sale of fireworks within Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville. And no stick fireworks allowed in Rogers, Bentonville, Fayetteville and Springdale.
