White County Pipe Bomb Standoff

According to deputies in White County a man shot himself after failing to explode one of the pipe bombs he set. Sunday, police responded to a call that Donald Lewis shot at his ex-wife in a car. When deputies caught up with him, Lewis fired a shotgun. Investigators say he then tried to detonate the pipe bomb. Deputies say notes were found that indicated lewis planned to kill his ex-wife.
