Fort Smith police are on the lookout for a robbery suspect.
Officers say a woman walked into the Windsor branch of the Fort Smith Public Library around 11:00 Thursday morning. She handed the clerk a note, claiming to have a weapon and demanding cash. The clerk gave the woman some money in a bright yellow bag with a three-dimensional duck bill on it. The womans face and head were covered with bandanas.
