Search Warrant Leads to Meth Bust

Three people are behind bars following a meth bust in Fort Smith.

On Tuesday, SWAT members served a search warrant at a Anthony Lyons home on 32nd Street.  Inside the house, police found $22,000 worth of meth, according to reports, along with $5,000 in cash and a loaded gun.  Lyons and a woman,  Javona Ann Daisy Longley,  and another man, Brent Darrell Mack, were arrested and face multiple charges stemming from the search.

Back in March, Lyons was treated for stab wounds following in a domestic disturbance at a home on Jacob Street. Police say they found meth, cash and paraphernalia inside the residence at that time.

Prior to the stabbing incident, the Narcotics Unit said they had made buys from Lyons and several others out of the same duplex and surrounding area.  

Anthony Corday Lyons was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center and is currently being held without bond on the following charges:

 

Possession of Methamphetamine with the Purpose to Deliver

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Felony

Maintain Premises for Drug Activities

Two (2) Counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine

Trafficking a Controlled Substance

Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms

Felon in Possession of a Firearm

 

Brent Darrell Mack (photo not available) was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center and is currently being held without bond on the following charges:

 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Felony

Maintain Premises for Drug Activities

Trafficking a Controlled Substance

Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms

Felon in Possession of a Firearm

 

Javona Ann Daisy Longley was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center and is currently being held without bond on the following charges:

 

Trafficking a Controlled Substance

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Felony

Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms

Manufacturing Marijuana

Warrant for Contempt - Failure to Pay Fine

 

The house involved int he search is within the 1000 feet of a church so police say more charges or penalties could be coming.
