Spring registration is open for the community garden in Fayetteville.
Now is the time to snag a plot of land to participate in the city's community gardening efforts.
Lisa Netherland with the city believes it's also a great way to meet people with like interests and planting fresh veggies -- can even cut down on your grocery bill.
"People might be willing to try to grow something that they might not be willing to buy," Lisa Netherland, Horticulturist.
The plots are ready to go so there's not a lot of back breaking work before you can start planting.

To register Contact: Lisa Netherland, Horticulturist at 479-444-3467.
