Apparently, women can drink all the coffee or tea they want and not increase their risk for breast cancer. Researchers at The Harvard School of Public Health studied the coffee, tea and caffeine consumption of almost 86-thousand women who were followed for 22 years. After adjusting for all other risk factors -- like family history, age and history of hormone therapy -- they found no link between coffee consumption and breast cancer. In fact, there was no difference between women who drank four or more cups of coffee or tea a day and women who drank less than a cup a day.
