Idol Edge Hollywood Week Begins for Season 11 Contestants

They're moving one step closer to their dreams and for many who were talented enough to receive a golden ticket, Hollywood week takes a lot of mental and physical preparation.
"I just need to be mentally ready for this," says Alisha Bernhardt. "I had vocal chord surgery last year so I'm still recouping and I have to make sure I'm working real hard on my therapy."
"I'm going to get in incredible shape," explains a confident Cari Quoyseser. "And go there and rock and win."
"I need to keep my head about me and do at least 12 push ups a day," jokes Dusty Keele. "I do think a lot of this stuff is both physically and mentally trying."
For those who have been here before, their previous Hollywood experience could be the difference.
"I'm definitely going to pick my group differently this year cause that was part of the reason I went home," says Baylie Brown. "There was a bunch of drama with my group."
