Party Clown Faces Child Porn Charges

A man who works as a professional clown is facing child porn charges in Fort Smith.
During an online investigation, Fort Smith police say they discovered someone was downloading the child exploitation files at a home on 20th Street. During a search of the home on Wednesday, investigators seized the digital media that revealed the child porn.
Thomas Harold Morgan, 47, was arrested on a charge of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Police said Morgan works under the name "Sondance the Clown," billing himself to perform at children's events.
