Customer lined up behind a velvet rope early this morning for the much anticipated grand opening of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Shortly before ten this morning the shoppers were let loose on the stores. The first 2,500 received free gift bags. It took only five minutes before all the bags were claimed. Customers rushed stores new to the Northwest Arkansas market. Stores like Forever 21, Yankee Candle, The Picture Place, Stride Rite, The Body Shop, Sephora and more.
For many shopper it was their first time browsing an outdoor mall.
