The City of Fayetteville hopes to offer recycling at more apartment complexes soon.

The city requested an additional $25,000 though the Boston Mountain Recycling district's annual grant application, according to director Maylon Rice.  He says the money will go to purchase additional containers to expand the program.

Rice says the request is in-line with district goals and has been given priority so the extra grant money should be approved.

Fayetteville currently offers recycling programs at 5 complexes, including Hill Place, the Cliffs and The Links.
