Man in Franklin County Charged with 1st Degree Sexual Assault

Franklin County Sheriff Anthony Boen says Dennis Lockwood, 61 years old, was arrested and charged with 1^st Degree Sexual Assault.

Sheriff Boen says the Franklin County Sheriffs Office along with the Crimes Against Children Division received a call from the hotline where an anonymous caller said that a 17 year old had told them he was being sexually assaulted by Lockwood.

Lockwood was interviewed and confessed to multiple accounts in the 5^th Judicial District of Franklin County and to accounts in the State of Texas, said Boen.

Dennis Lockwood was booked into the Franklin County Jail.
