Wednesday might just be the perfect day to show your favorite local business some love.

Support NWA Small Business Day was the brainchild of local radio personalities, Tim and Jeff in the Morning.  They are asking folks to choose a locally-owned option for lunch of dinner on August 8th - or do a little business with the boutiques, home repair company and others in your town.

The slogan for the movement on their Facebook page?

"If we can all get super passionate over a chicken joint, why can't we do the same for LOCAL business?"

Business owners are chiming in on that page, posting information about their shop and showing appreciation for the event.
