Updated: August 9, 2012
The suspect in the murder of 39-year-old Jessica Stewart has been returned to Washington County to face charges.

40-year-old Eric Frankenhauser was booked into Washington County Jail Thursday night and is facing a charge of Capital Murder.

He has a court appearance scheduled for August 10th.

Frankenhauser was taken into custody by the Franklin County Sheriff's office in Ohio on Tuesday, according to Fayetteville police. They said Frankenhauser was stopped by deputies while walking and arrested without incident.

This investigation is continuing.

On Sunday the officers responded to a house near Wedington and Sang where they found Stewart shot in the head in the yard of her home. She passed away Monday.
