Rogers Man Accused of Raping Young Girls

A Rogers man faces multiple charges of rape and sexual assault after police say he had sexual contact with two young girls.
On Tuesday, Luis Orlando Moran, 50, of Rogers, was arrested by Rogers officers on two counts of Rape, Class Y Felony, and two counts of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree, Class B Felony.
On August 7th, police got a report from the Child Abuse Hotline accusing Moran of inappropriate relationships with a 7 year old and an 8 year old. Both were girls. According to police, the report was made by the mother of the children.
Moran is being held at the Benton County Detention Center.
