The 30-second television ads shows current Wal-Mart employees speaking out against the company.
The ads are part of Wake-Up Wal-Mart`s 2006 "Hope for the Holidays" campaign.
In the first ad released, three Wal-Mart employees urge the world`s largest retailer to "put families first."
The series of TV ads are the first Wake-Up Wal-Mart has ever produced.
In a press release the anti-Wal-Mart group says the ads will "highlight the terrible cost Wal-Mart`s employees and their families bear because of the company`s anti-family policies."
A spokesperson for Wal-Mart would not say if the three employees in the ad would lose their jobs, but did say "our customers see these attacks as part of a tired and failing campaign...we have a number of ways that our associates can communicate directly with their supervisors or any member of management and we encourage them to do so. We don`t think that this is the right forum for these discussions to take place."
None of the employees featured in the ad work for a Wal-Mart in Arkansas.
