A Brazilian Dog Party is on Tuesday's Edition of "Over the Edge"

A dog party in Brazil and one mega snowman. Here is Tuesday's edition of "Over the Edge".
Dog-owners in Rio de Janeiro coming in full force with their four-legged companions for a carnival block party. Dogs and their owners were dressed in many costumes, some matching as they danced around in the street. The parade is now part of the city's official block party calendar.
NASCAR cup champion Jeff Gordon, joining hundreds of kids at the New York Public Library, attempting to break the Guiness World Record for the most people wearing Doctor Seuss hats, and they did it. The event kicked off the "Hats off to Hope" initiative, an effort to find a cure for pediatric cancer.
An engineer in Idaho, building this giant snowman that is nearly as tall as his home. He says it took three weeks to build using snow collected from the driveways of sixteen of his neighbors. The mega snowman wears a hat fashioned from a garbage can and his nose is a traffic cone.
