NWA Man Faces Federal Pornography Charges

A Benton County man faces federal charges for distributing child pornography. Frank Jeremy Wallace, 35, is charged with seven felony pornography charges. Bentonville police searched Wallaces home and found several computers, photos and videos of sexually explicit material. Benton County prosecutors dismissed their charges against Wallace after his federal idictment, but police say he still faces state drug charges.
