(Little Rock, AR) -- No matter the excuses, Arkansas State Police and other law enforcement agencies in the state are about to launch another crackdown on those who refuse to buckle up. The latest "Click It or Ticket" campaign will run from May 21st to June 3rd. The emphasis will focus on nighttime hours when seat belt use is said to drop dramatically. State Police say 76 percent of the 234 people killed in nighttime crashes during 2005 were not buckled up.
