"Bikes, Blues, and Barbecue" will be expanding this year to include the Randall Tyson Track Center. The center has been used in the past for the event, but now it will be the new home of the Arkansas State Championship barbecue competition. Past locations included the Northwest Arkansas Mall, but very quickly the competition grew too big for that venue. Over thirty teams are already signed up to take part, but they’ll have to wait because the competition won’t get underway until October 5th.
