A truck driver charged in the deaths of a mother and her four young children admits to being under the influence. just some of the new information discovered in court today The Jefferson County prosecutor says Roy Lee Jordan admitted to using crack cocaine during a16-hour period before the accident. Investigators say Jordans 18 wheeler crossed the center line on U.S. 425 and ran into a Toyota Camry, driven by 26 year old Laketria Wells. Wells, along with her four children, died.
Jordan is being held on probable cause of negligent homicide.
