Kids who need a little help with meals may soon notice a change The Wal-Mart foundation donated 4 million dollars to Americas Second Harvest The money will go toward the backpack program. A plan designed to provide food to at risk children when federal breakfast and lunch programs arent available, during weekends and vacations.
