James Stewart is charged with raping a woman in late July.
But, similarities in the cases include, one of the Nelson Hall victims described her attacker as a black man with braided hair who was just over 5-foot-4. That description matches Stewart.
Police say the manner of attack is the same. Both victims said the attacker came from behind and started hitting them in the face.
Finally, Stewart lives on 39-th street which is close to the Nelson Hall Homes.
Although there are many similiarities, Stewart is not a suspect and the Fort Smith Police are still heavily patroling near the Nelson Hall Homes.
