ambulance2007-09-16-1189970647.jpgWashington County Sheriff's Deputies say five-year-old Ethan Smith was riding on a 4-wheeler with his cousin, 32-year-old Tony Cardarelli, when the child accidentally hit the accelerator and caused the 4-wheeler to crash into some farm equipment. Cardarelli was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center with head injuries. The accident happened on Cardarelli's property off of Devil's Den Road.
