Bloomer Dogs Owners Under Investigation

One hudred and sixteen dogs were left for almost three weeks in a hundred degree weather without food or water. The owner of the dog kennels says she left the care of the dogs to the former owners. The Sheriff Office says they are trying to establish if the owners tried contacting the former owners. Now, the Sebastian County Sheriffs Office are looking at phone records to determine wether or not the owners made contact. The owners could face misdemeanor or felony charges for animal cruelty.
