Gas prices--on the rise yet again. According to Arkansasgasprices.com, the state average is $2.83, which is 0.80 higher than this time last year. As for whats caused the spike -- oil prices have reached an all-time high of 96 dollars a barrel and the federal reserve cut interest rates by a quarter of a point. Todays national average is$2.94.
