Police say thirty-year old Bobby Joe Medlin had his arm ran over by a train on north second and I street and walked to North M and 5th street for help.
Jamie Delude says Medlin came to his door and started yelling help me, help me.
"So, i came to the door and I asked him if he had been shot or stabbed and he said no, my arm is gone." said Jamie Delude.
Delude says he told Medlin to sit on his porch until police got there.
"We thought he was going to fall over and die because he was so white and pale. He was losing blood pretty fast." said Jamie Delude
Medlin told police he did not know what had happened and he didnt know where his arm was.
Police found Medlins arm on north second and I street however, the arm is too damaged to be re-attached.
Police say this is the second time since October that someone has been run over by a train and both cases involved alcohol or drugs.
