The annual Arkansas Senior camp was help on the University of Arkansas campus Sunday with over three hundred footballers hoping to make an impression on Arkansas coaches.
Two of the nations best were on hand for the camp, Marcus Lucas a wide receiver from Liberty, Missouri and Courtney Gatson an outside linebacker from Gibson, Oklahoma. The two stars were hosted by freshmen Ronnie Wingo and Cobi Hamilton and both say they have interest in the Razorbacks but with many other offers will be taking their time in the recruiting process.
Other attendees at the camp included Razorback commits in the 2010 class offensive lineman Jordan Rainey and tight end Brad Hefley rom Joplin, Missouri. Little Rock tight end commit Garrett Uekman was also at the camp.
Another guy hoping to get an offer from Bobby Petrino is Al Lasker from Carrolton, Texas. His uncle Greg played at Arkansas in the 80s and went on to play in the NFL.
Two other guys with offers from the Hog are Tulsa Booker T. Washingtons Calvin Barnett, a big defensive lineman and do it all wide receiver/defensive back Eric Bennett. Both are keeping a close eye on the Razorbacks and might decide to play at the same school on the next level.
