This week in you sent me to Mean Pig in Cabot to try out the barbecue but more importantly you sent me here to try the "Shut-up Juice Challenge". We'll see how that goes. Now we'll get back to the challenge thing in just a bit.

Owner Buddy Merrit started Mean Pig BBQ back in April of 1997. At the time it was nothing more than a little trailer on the opposite side of where the current restaurant sits, but over the past 13 years, it's grown into one of the best little barbecue joints around. And when I say around I'm not just talking Arkansas. But hey don't take my word for it.

Mean Pig has caught the eyes, better yet taste buds, of several big namers since it's inception, who according to Buddy, still stop by when they're in the area (like Aerosmith, Billy Bob Thorton, Jermain Taylor, "The Huckster", and the entire cast of Cirque du Soleil -- just to name a few).

Now as good as the barbecue is, the Mean Pig's nationwide claim to fame is a certain hot sauce and not just any hot sauce either. Which brings me back to the "Shut-up Juice Challenge".

How difficult is it? Well here's a stat for you. Out of more than 6,000 people who've attempted, only 105 have succeeded, one of which being "Man vs Food" star, Adam Richmond.

And today, it was my turn to put up or "Shut-up". This is going to hurt.

Check it out.
