The Arkansas Music Pavillion says it needs support from the community.

The amp owners told KNWA they have until Monday the 16th to come up with eighty-five-thousand dollars. If not, the season could be over.

Amp owner, Amy White says the company is short because of commitment issues from certain sponsors.

White says the AMP sent a letter to The Fayetteville Economic Development Council for help.

She hopes the last sponsorship drive will solve the financial problem.

White says the tents are still going to be set up as soon as the weather clears.  Reps from The Northwest Arkansas Mall confirmed this and said a contract was already signed.

The Komen Ozark Race For A cure depends on the pavilion.  Komen says it was told the tents would be up in the next few days.

Meantime , White says the AMP has already booked great bands, but their season as a whole is uncertain.  She says , VIP tables and sponorships are lacking and thats the problem .

White says sponsor like A.N.B. and Budweiser have been great.  She hopes the AMP can continue as a community pavillion but says it  needs more community support.

Amy white told KNWA ticket prices at the AMP are really low compared to other music pavillions around the nation.
