Mike Kelly Wins 2nd Term in Congress

Republican incumbent Congressman Mike Kelly will get two more years to serve the constituents of Pennsylvania's 3rd Congressional District. Kelly beat out democrat Missa Eaton and independent Steven Porter for the re-election.
