"I believe that when you pray and you ask God for something he listens to you," she said.
Recently, Claire made a commitment to pray for a girl for an entire year she doesn't even know. One of an estimated 10,000 girls in the U.S. alone caught in the snares of human trafficking.
Mark and Keri are the positive difference in northwest Arkansas on 101.1 KLRC. It was Keri's idea to ask residents of northwest Arkansas to pray for one girl.
Keri said, "I have three daughters, and it was just something that struck home with me to think about girls the same age as my daughters around the world and what they are being subject to."
Almost 500 people in the area committed to the cause. Participants received a bracelet made by a girl rescued from human trafficking.
500 seems like a lot but it barely puts a dent in this multi-billion dollar business.
So, Claire isn't just praying for one girl. She is even praying for those enslaving her and she won't stop until every girl is rescued.
