Today marked the first day for volunteers to begin making the noodles that will become the annual Tontitown Grape Festival spagetti dinner.
Making the noodles from scratch is a tradition that has spanned decades - and each new generation learns the tricks of the trade.
Cecely Franco, the 107th Queen Concordia says, "You have to be really patient with the dough, because the dough has its own mind, and its gonna do whatever it wants...so you have to be really patient and make sure its through."
The Tontitown Grapefest runs August 8th through the 12th.
