Many folks say they love their pets, but nobody loves cats more than Melody Carroll. The Bella Vista woman loves felines so much she has made it her mission to find homes for hundreds of them.

If you ask Melody how many fluffy felines she owns she'll just say too many, but she knows them all by name.

Melody is a one woman, non-profit named 'All 4 The Animals Rescue.' She takes in and takes care of cats and then adopts them out. Believe it or not, Melody didn't own a cat herself until 2004.

"I went to an animal shelter and I walked in and it changed my whole life because I had never been in an animal shelter and I adopted two kittens," Melody said.

Melody's heart for these animals might be too big. She goes through a dozen bags of food and over a dozen bags of litter every week.  She's even hired a full-time employee to help care for the critters and paid for countless vet visits.

Melody says she would like to whittle her number of cats to a more manageable number.

"I say I want to get them down to 20," she said. "That sounds ridiculous, but that's what I would like to do."

What Melody has been able to do is miraculous. So far, she has found homes for over 360 cats.

"To me they're like my kids," She said. "When they do get a home it makes me feel really good."

Finding homes for these last few dozen would be perrrrrrfect.
