Judge Rules for Pretrial Questionnaire

It is the second trial for Erickson Dimas Martinez after the first conviction was overturned due in part because one juror was found tweeting during the trial.  This time, however, the jury panel will receive a pretrial questionnaire.  Both sides will have the opportunity to propose questions. The prosecutor will be seeking the death penalty and the next hearing date is April 30 and the trial is scheduled to begin on August 27th.
