A local parent is standing by his lawsuit against the Rogers Board of Education.

Last week, 5 year old, Jordan Swindle was suspended for using the 'F' word.  His dad and Rogers attorney, Ken Swindle, believed the punishment was too harsh, and so he decided to sue the school.

Thursday, the elder Swindle said he is continuing his efforts to get his case heard by the Rogers school board.

Swindle said his journey to the school board will begin with a meeting with the assistant superintendent.

Swindle said he is committed to continuing his cause.
