New Charges for Rogers Man Accused Of Soliciting Girls on Facebook

A Rogers man accused of soliciting underage girls for sex now faces sexual assault and indecency charges.
Police say Rafael Garcia solicited two juvenile females, aged 14 and 15, for sex through Facebook.
They believe he met the females, more than once, at different locations including his home in Rogers. Police believe Garcia first made contact with the victims in 2011.
On Friday, police tacked on assault and indecency charges after, they say, further investigation showed Garcia had sexual contact with a female victim when she was 15-years-old.

Garcia was transported to the Benton County Jail to await a bond hearing.
He is now charged with Sexual Indecency with a Child, Class D Felony; Computer Child Pornography, Class B Felony; and Sexual Assault 4th Degree, Class D Felony.
