The phone calls were just the latest strategy in Wal-Mart Watch`s campaign against the retailer. Mal-mart Watch says their mission is to challenge Wal-Mart to be a better employer, neighbor and corporate citizen. A Wal-Mart spokesman called the phone calls a publicity stunt and highlighted the company`s commitment to job creation and the environment.
