Gov. Beebe Wishes Coach Petrino a "Speedy Recovery"

The governor of Arkansas is speaking about the accident that injured Arkansas football Coach Bobby Petrino Sunday.

"Bobby Petrino is a figure who is well-known around the state and is much-loved, and as a result of that, there's a lot of high interest in his condition and prognosis and how quickly he'll recover," Beebe said. "We're all hoping and praying for his speedy recovery."

Petrino is currently in stable condition at the Physicians' Specialty Hospital in Fayetteville with multiple broken ribs and a broken vertebrae.

He also suffered many cuts and bruises.
