By: Channing Barker
Updated: April 14, 2012

Folks found their green thumbs earlier today on the White River.

The City of Fayetteville along with the Watershed Conservation Resource Center sponsored the day of planting. The day was designed to enhance the site where a natural channel was built earlier in the year.

This new channel design will allow there to be less contaminents in the Fayetteville city drinking water.
