Arkansas Tech Suspends Fraternity after Alleged Hazing

Authorities are investigating to determine if an Arkansas Tech male student hospitalized in Little Rock received his injuries through an alleged hazing incident.
Arkansas Tech has suspended its chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation.
The university learned of the injuries on Saturday, April 21. Officials from the Arkansas Tech Office of Student Services contacted Arkansas State Police, which is leading the investigation with assistance from the Arkansas Tech Office of Public Safety.
Arkansas Tech says it cannot make further comment about the incident until the investigation is complete.
